I am in the process of developing some new semiconductor test hardware
and will have signals running in the 1-2 GHZ range. The problem I have
is that the signal originates on one side of the board and needs to end
up on the other side.

I need the advice of the high speed experts out there to insure my
signal integrity is maintained through a .125 thick FR4 board. How do I
maintain the proper environment through the dielectric?
