Happened to have my box open. Nicholas, COB means Chip On Board, FP means FlatPak and TAB means Tape Attached Bond. If you open some of your mail adresses on IMAP, you will find a lot about these technologies./Ingemar

There is some terms I want to know. COB, FP,TAB?
Can anyone provide some info to me.. or related web sites....
