Changing what I assume is a differential transmission line width and
spacing will change the impedance.

You did not provide enough information for me to accurately calculate the
differential impedance but you can do it yourself.

National Semi provided a nice compact formula for either microstrip or
stripline for their LVDS line of drivers at
