Tom,
        Look at the Siemens platforms if this is an option, the 80S20 can
place parts from 0402 to PLCC44 at essentially the same tact time, and also
has BGA/uBGA/Flip Chip capability. It also constantly corrects pickup
location to optimize 'dead center' pickup of small parts and has
feeder-based fiducials for improved pickup when needed. We have 5 double
sided lines here of 80S20 and 80F4, and are overall very happy with the
equipment. Contact me off TechNet if you need more info.
