- The differences in equivalency factors is due to the different efficiencies
of the two (or 3) different systems.  Sort of like comparing a sanding
machine that uses coarse sandpaper to one that uses fine sandpaper.  The
machine using coarse paper will take off paint faster than the one using fine
paper.  The 600 extracts residual contaminates more efficiently than the 300,
and probably less efficiently than the 500 (although I don't have data in
front of me).  So for a given period of time the 600 will extract more
residuals than the 300, thereby yielding a different result.  Yes, the 500 is
almost certainly different from the 300 or 600.
