A good suggestion, Seth, but I doubt that it would fly. They've known
about our concerns for a long time. We might be better off channeling
that expense toward tooling with a new vendor. I think Patty is on
track. Knowing that we are unhappy with their quality, they continue to
ship defective boards, which proves their processes are out of control.
We currently see between 5% and 7% rejection rate with them. I think
that's too high, especially for the type of boards we're talking about.
We have a visit scheduled next month to their facility. Should be an
interesting one!
