I have used Freon, 1,1,1 Trichlorothane, Toluene and MEK with success in the
past. Toluene has trouble removing fully cured (over 48 hours after oven
bake). Try whatever is legal in your facility. Freon and 111 are probably
banned everywhere by now.

For things like that you should go to a primary source.
Please contact Humiseal and ask if there is a conformal coating remover for
any of their 1Bxx product.
