Yes, nice reply and good to see from you again. Part of relamination process
management, as you so clearly stated, is oxide management as well as
cleaning and baking processes. Others include prepreg and core material
selections including stuff that's too old, not resin rich enough, or
whatever. Lest's not forget lamination press cycles as thermal and
mechanical.

As an example of thermal, the press cycle may be shy on temp over time,
heater element (s) not functioning, not the right thermal lag or lag
material, etc.. For mechanical, it might be press platten non-parallelism,
to much or little pressure over time, and just plain poor overall process
management.
