I could not agree more.  I can only begin to call myself a "rookie" in this business.  I think that it is more benficial to read what the experts say and not random blurt out responses to questions---especially if I have no idea what the question is all about.

I do thank everyone for their help.  This forum has made my life 100% easier at work.  :-)

Sure you did and you elicited very good comments.
But seriously, I don't think the silent 1600 are lurkers.  Rather
learners.  I think it might be easy to be intimidated by the knowledge
displayed and sheer volume of information we share.   Some wise person
in the past said "there aren't any dumb questions, only those not
asked".  anyway...happy weekend all
