I agree absolutely 100%, we have been through at least 4 quote "quality
missions" here and I can say from experience that the only reason they
failed to live up to expectations was management was not 100% behind it. I
will clarify that to say they always said they were 100% with it but actions
always speak louder than words. All of management needs to walk the talk or
any company will most certainly fail in any kind of true quality enndeavor.
The workers seem to always keep trying but hey you can only bang your head
against a brick wall so many times before you realize this isn't fun.
