Hello,

Are you soldering BGA:s with HF1189? We have tried but have found large voids in the solder joints, I mean up to 80% of the cross section area. Therefore we rejected it from our trials. Which cleaning system are you using? Are you soldering LCCC as well? Can you get it really clean??

We're using Kester HF-1189A and HF-1189 SP (solder paste)... works great.
Takes a while to get used to it, though, especially if you're using rosin based
flux.  The liquid water soluble flux spatters a lot during hand soldering.
