        The generic answer to that one is 'no'.
        Any product that goes to the customer meets the requirements
specified by them and/or the standards.
        You make a quality product that you would like to make better, call
it yield improvement.

partnering/communicating with you more closely to find solutions.
        Anybody in the PCB manufacturing biz should have a presence on this
forum.
        Would they rather have a competitor explain their products?
        You are their customer.  Hopefully, they would welcome the chance to
prove their products and services.
        And then you post on the list how wonderful they are.  It's a
win-win.
