There are numerous suppliers of syringe filling equipment, I can poke about in my
files for one if they haven't contacted you direct. The most likely sources are
manufacturers of regular dispense equipment, or you could try syringe/packaging
suppliers like Courtaulds.
You could try your own arrangements: To get from 5 litres to 25ml you will probably
find it easiest to go through an intermediary size such as a (20 oz) cartridge and
use that to fill the small syringes. Basically fill the cartridge the same as you
would a grease gun and then use that to inject the syringes preferably by backfilling
through through the needle end. Moving the adhesive/paste like this does not
introduce air and you can bleed out any entrapped air easily enough.
If you purchase you will most likely buy a (only slightly) more sophisticated version
of this set up.

Subject: [TN] bubble-free paste

     Hello,
Not too familiar with paste handling I have to bring over adhesive
from a 5 liter can to syringes of 25 or 50 ml which will be used in
dispensers. How can I do this without mixing air in the rather viscous
(15 000 Pas or cP) adhesive? By centrifuging? Putting vacuum
afterwards didn't help. What is normal practice? Who has this
     equipment?
     Thanks
     Jos
