Well, if Werner's selling, then the rest of us are to!  Maybe you should
consider the amount of free information and education provided in the TechNet
forum.  Got to remember two heads are better than one and all of us have
something we can contribute at times.  Also got to remember that no one bats a
thousand every day, but if we pool our resources as Steve suggests, we will
often come up with one or more possible answers.

TechNet isn't a firm positive solution to all situations, but the knowledge
given will generally lead the person with the problem to a proper solution.
