Tom,
All of the material shrinkage issues should already be gone
by the time you get the board. About the only thing I can
think of which may cause this is uncured material. If this
shrinkage is happening with all of the product, you may want
to submit an unassembled sample to a lab (Delsen, Trace
come to mind) and have them check the Tg (glass transition
temp.) of the board to see if it's fully cured.
