Do you mean legend information to identify components and pins?  If so, we
have two ways to print on ceramic (hybrid) parts.

The first is with the paste used to form the circuitry.  This is done at the
same time as the runs and resistors are being screened, with the same screen
and fired in the oven.  Identification is usually just part number and pin 1
location.

The second is with an epoxy ink.  But, I've only seen this applied on a
finished part to give it some lot code, part number, or other general
information.  And, not on the board itself, usually on a lid.
