LECO, BUEHLER AND STRUERS all have very good systems
Of course for boards you will want to adapt them to your needs

The one thing lacking in all is the ability to drill alignment holes
to mount more than one sample at a time.  If you can get your
board shop to drill the holes during non-plated through hole operations
you willhave an ideal situation.  All systems rely on the centerline
of holes to be examined to be on the same plane

We have an Excellon Unidrill to drill the holes since we get so many
different coupons and it also enables us to target holes in boards or
other areas of interest in boards.
