  in Wallingford, CT @ (203)269-3311 and talk to
  J. Quigley. They are doing some, 8 pieces, ultra
  fine TVSOPs/BGA package designs for me and I've seen
  some of their blind/buried via boards with nickle/gold
  finish..slick..
  They might not be cheap, but your not talking about
  .025/.025 DSB... Give them a call. Have a great day..
