Dear Albert,

What cathode current density are you plating at? Warm operating temperatures
and low CD can lead to this problem. There may be other issues as well.

        We have problems of copper plating when the solution is above 28C.
We are
        now using MacDermid 9241.

        We try to find an appropriate brightener which can be used in copper
        plating working at higher temperature range( 30-35%) without haze
        appearance after plating.  Do anyone know which is the most
appropriate one?
