Dear Technetters,

I need to thanks those who always give helping hands.

There is an issue for aging. When flash gold boards are under thermal
cycle of 0 degree C/60 degree C at one hour interval for three days, a
slight white cloud appearance may find at gold surface? We do not know
what exactly happen and are confident that the boards are sufficiently
cleaned by D.I water before testing. How we can improve the test result?
Can anyone offer his 3 cents?

By the way, we hope to have some guidelines for aging. For example, which
aging is appropriate for room temperature using end product and which is
for automotive products?
