My little contribution to this issue would : Any member in this IPC-A-600 task group should
come in to clarify how to interpret the statement concerned.

It is not surprising and confusing to find everyone interpret it differently, it does
happen to me, too. So the best person to put it right would be the task group because they
are the one who agreed upon that statement. Am I right?
