FUNNY!

We vendors work very hard at creating solder strippers (etchants) that will
etch solder (Tin/Lead) and etch the Copper as little as possible.  Now you
want something that does both!

Actually this is REAL EASY, if a little dangerous.  Use Aqua Regia, or a 3
part mix of Conc. Hydrochloric Acid, and 1 part Conc. Nitric.  This mix give
off ugly fumes, which are not real healthy, but if you only have a few parts,
it will go through both Tin/Lead and Copper like a hot knife through butter!

Alternately, contact any of the Tin stripper chemistry suppliers, and ask to
buy their product without the Copper attack inhibitors, you will get what you
are looking for.
If the Tin/Lead is not fused/reflowed, any Tin stripper will strip Tin/Lead
as well.
