If you want an extremely good etch which wiil remove tin lead solder and
copper try a mixture of 20% nitric acid (ie 33.3 % of 60 % nitric acid)with
up to 50 g/lt ferric nitrate
It also works well as a jig stripper
Beware of overloading it because of exotherm
