THE PROBLEM IS :

1. The actual thickness is more than 10% less of the nominal thickness.

2. Some delamination occurs after the cooling.

3. In the section report, the diameter of land to add 0.3mm of the drill size is not enough.

Is that some in other factory or just the problem of us?

Hi Eddy,

When you say "the reliability still low", what do you mean? What is failing?

The PTH barrels? The interconnects?
