Susan,

One of the flaws we have found with the Camtek AOI stations is that the
annular ring will show as an error if the parameters are not set up
correctly.  There is a way to over-ride the false calls due to annular
ring providing the registration looks good.  The board fabber needs to
call the Tech guys at CAMTEK for some assistance.  I don't understand
how the pad size is bothering the LPI.  You didn't mention line width
and spacing, if it is very tight they may have problems holding the
resist dams.
