I don't know if it will work but we use a product called Citrex, a citrus
based material, for a lot of different stripping applications. One
application is removing dried UR conformal coating from things like spray
guns. I recently soaked some fittings that had teflon tape left on them and
it disolved the teflon tape. May be worth a shot but I would keep it away
from the board material.
