Hi all..
We will, very shortly, be assembling a new
design that contains several BGAs (225 balls each with
.020 escape pads on .050 centers) and I'm just guess-
ing that the EE MAY have some circuit changes that
MIGHT impact the BGA's (what a suprise!!! ;-> ). So,
I would like to know if anyone out in TN world has a
procedure to isolate the connection and add those
cute little 30awg magnet wire jumpers. I know the hard
way, but was hopeing that someone in TN had an "easier"
fix. Thanks in advance and have a great Tues. (perfect
day for golf, but I will read all responses first thing
Wed. morning).
Regards,
