Hello Ian!

There's a few companies out there that make stencil racks, Bliss Industries
is one of the first ones that come to mind, and they make a good rack, but
I've always shuddered a bit at the cost...up around $1,500! To me that's a
lotta' clams!

If you want one that rolls around, then I suppose you would need to go to one
of those companies for the casters and fancy things that will allow you to do
that. But if you don't need it to move around, why not make your own? It's
really not that difficult...you can use the standard low-cost shelving that
is available everywhere, you know, the kind with the particle board shelves
that you can make whatever size spacing shelves that you want, and then get
some regular wood molding and use to make the spacing for your stencils
(they'll be standing on their ends). If you want something a little more
durable than wood, I've used PVC pipe before to create the slots for my
stencils. It may take a few hours to do something like that, but it makes a
perfectly pleasing stencil rack...at much less than what you would pay from
anyplace else.

One other altenative, is to go to something like the "Tetra" stencil systems
where you just have one frame and then all you need to worry about storing is
the foils themselves. Those systems have become much better than they have in
the past, and from a stencil storage point of view, it's really a non-issue.
