I don't know what the latest and greatest methodology is and I suspect that you may get a number of different responses on this.  However, the Omega Meter is now being manufactured by AlphaMetals under their Cookson Instrumentation group.  Go to www.alphametals.com and follow the link to cookson.  It may take a littel surfing, but you can find the info there.
