Bob,

Motorola SPS should be in a position to release 8/14/16 pin SOICs with a
palladium finish for trials. I have tried to find the original PCN
notification for reference, if I find it I will forward. If you have any
problems with your local outlet I will forward contact details.

Best of luck on the component side. I found it difficult for the last two
Hands on Lead Free Workshops we ran over in the UK. I do
have some Bob Willis do it yourself Lead Free BGA devices I could let you
have but what about the board ?

I have been doing some trials and some video work on Lead Free reflow,
rework ect with these devices.
