Attendees of the International Summit on Lead-Free Electronics Assemblies will
receive a copy of the DTI report, "Lead-Free Soldering: An Analysis of the Current
Status of Lead-Free Soldering" with their conference proceedings.

This detailed report will be most useful in the development of the IPC roadmap on
lead-free electronics assemblies.

The latest bit of work is published in the UK by the DTI and was a collaborative
report on the Lead Free situation which the SMART
Group contributed to and IPC have a copy of this report.

The report was made available free buy the DTI. IPC should arrange to get copies for
the IPC Works ???
