Kay ; is this for real ? ; the amounts of lead oxide going to Bohemian (and
other)glassworks are rather exceeding volumes of sealing glasses , am I
missing something ?

I'm not too sure about the glasses but I think they are less likely to be
exempt...if I remember rightly they are considered as technologically
possible to substitute before 2004.

We are certainly requesting various temporary exemptions, in
particular
for
high lead high temperature solders. If you have evidence of
applications
where high lead solders are required and adhesives are not a
suitable
alternative then please let me know.
Other exemptions may be for laboratory equipment etc.
