Hi Dave,

I can't speak for the rest of the industry but I would expect that each of
us have one goal in mind - 100% on-time delivery and 100% accuracy.
Expecting and accepting anything less makes no sense.  Our CAM department is
measured for accuracy and throughput, as you would any department in a
manufacturing facility.  Meeting one goal at the expense of the other is not
acceptable.
