Hey Dave,
Our goal for quality and turnaround/delivery time are 100%.
The customer shouldn't expect anything less.
The trick is creating the system, procedures and mindset that it
happens everyday, naturally.
I may not know the exact path to get there but it starts with the
expectation that it's possible.
Let me know off list if you (or anybody else) wants to discuss in
more detail.
