We are having a special ceramic smt board made. The boards are 16-up arrays that
have smt pads on both sides. Only three vias per board from side A to side B.
We have located a ceramic facility that can score the ceramic as needed, put
down the thick film Silver pattern and pull it thru the vias for conductivity.
The panels are 4.5" x 4.5" x .040" alumina.
We NEED a plater that can plate on: 50 micro inch Nickel, then 0.008" Copper
(+/-.002), then 75 to 200 micro inches Nickel, and finally 200 to 500 micro
inches Tin.
