hi,
you can have the board fabricator add a dielectric layer (done with prepreg)
to the 'bottom' of the mlb. you can then bond or bolt the mlb down.

Is there another way to attach an MLB with a ground plane
on the bottom without turning it into a BGA. Need to prevent
most of the feed thru's from connecting to either a metal base
or in another case to a mother board.
Want to prevent the need for buried vias.
