Howdy Jim!

I gotta spreadsheet that I'll send ya' that I've used in the past to do the
labor quoting on boards that were built. It's pretty basic, but covers all
aspects about building boards, from SMT to Test. Got some sections to figure
in hand solder and touch-up by accounting for the number of joints, as well
as mechanical assembly accounting for the number of screws and whatnot. Even
got a place at the top to put your NRE in (Stencils, Programming, and even
Test Fixtures). Then after you input all the info in, down at the bottom
it'll break out what you should charge per board by the lot size of the
boards you're gonna build...

Like I said, it's pretty basic...but you can tweek the formulas in the cells
to whatever tickles your fancy.

Hope this'll help ya'...
