Hi Girlie,

Here are a few quick thoughts:

1) check the quality of the artwork, i.e. the transition from dark to clear
should be abrupt,
2) ensure that the artwork emulsion side is towards the dry film,
3) ensure that the artwork is in intimate contact with the dry film,
4) the dry film may be bad, try new rolls from a different lot,
5) check the exposure energy, over exposure will cause blooming,
6) check the exposure system for proper columniation, lamp quality, lamp
on/off time,
7) take the day off and start fresh on Monday.
