We switched to water soluble fluxes and solder paste a few years ago (98%
military products), qualified to MIL-STD-2000.  We do have some situations
where we needed to continue to use RMA flux.  For the RMA cleaning, we now use
a 3M product HFE-71D.  It works great... very expensive though.  You need a
very efficient degreaser to minimize solvent losses.  Let me know if you have
