Steve,
 Have you talked to the Kyzen people?  I was under the impression that the Aquanox ,
although high in price, is supposed to have a very long bath life.

I can testify on the Armakleen.  I loved several things about it.  Great cleaning,
environmentally safe, and it even smelled good when we ran the washer.  However, it
didn't seem to like the hardness of our water.  These little gummy bears started
forming in the wash tank (plugging up the works) and a residue started forming on our
wave solder pallets that made them difficult to slide on the push-line (many complaints
from the hand stuffers).
