For those of you who are running Dek Proflow heads for screen printing, what are some of your experience? Good, bad and ugly sides of Proflow printing? As I am finding out, it was not easy to clean a Proflow head.

I try to setup an optimum process setting for printing with 5/6 mil stencil, 20 mil QFP and hasl boards. My good friend from Viking Com. in Canada gave me a good rundown list of Proflow head in a private e-mail, two months ago.
What would be an optimum setting?
What operating and setup procedures (different from squeegee) are in place to handle Proflow head and solder paste?
What are advantage and disadvantage of using a Proflow head from your experience?

Since I have an option of packing up and returning our head to Dek, I appreciate your experienced options.

Regards,
