John,

We're using an OA flux, followed by a wash in a high pressure in-line
cleaner. Using OA takes care of minor oxidation problems, which you may
encounter in you low volume, high mix, environment.

We were using a synthetic rosin version previously. We like the OA results
much better.

Good luck,

Charlie B.

 Subject: [TN] Fluxes

All,

What fluxes are you all using in your wave soldering machines? Are you
happy with the results? Would they suit a low volume, high mix contract
manufacturing environment?

Thanks, your comments are welcome
