Your minimum electrical clearances will be violated by your graphite
screening proximity to tracking. You would have to assess your circuit
diagram for effects of any shorts that occur (could be graphite pad is
attached to same track?.

That asides, the process is awry if they (the graphite pads) are not in the
right place. Would they work a. at all b. reliably c. long term

Other points to consider are that the graphite is part of your product that
will recieve abuse from users (??????!!!!?? never!!!)and there is the
possiblity that key depression will ultimately cause the solder resist to
spit and cause a short and malfunction.

Reject them and get some good ones.
