There is no defined % for toe overhang of round/coined leads. The proposed words in
the C revision clarify this:
12.2.6.2 Round or Flattened (coined) leads, Toe Overhang (B)
Acceptable * Class 1,2,3
--Toe overhang (B) is not specified.
--Does not violate minimum electrical clearance.
