Mil-STD 105 was canceled by NOT 1 dated 27 FEB 95.   DSIC decisions or
implementation actions says use acceptable NGS such as ANSI/ASQC Z 1.4-1993.
The IPC also has sampling plans in documents like IPC-6012 (Table 4-2)
