Hi Techies!!

I am trying to come up with a way to figure the amount of $$$ to run our SMD
equipment. Does anyone know of a standard cost when quoting jobs, or is
there a standard that any of you have come up yourself that you wouldn't
mind sharing. What I'm looking for is how to figure a machine
rate(utilities, set-up, cost per placement, etc.). We do low to medium
volume work, we don't get into high volume work. So, maybe everyone will be
different depending on volumes and other variables, I am hoping for just a
guideline on where to start. Any help or comments, would be greatly
appreciated.

Best Regards,

Jim West
