Section 9.2, line 2 - Requires a comma before the word "which".
Section 9.2, line 4 - Need to capitalize the word "air"
Section 9.2 - Check changing font sizes
Section 9.3.2 - Here you mention "halomethanes, fluorocarbons, chlorinated
ethanes" Why not just say halogenated hydrocarbons? This term covers them
all. Or do you just want to cover the lower boiling ones, i.e. those based
on methane and ethane? Are you sure you want to say fluorocarbons? This
means this list is also targeting compounds that contribute to global
warming, not just toxicity and ODP. HFC's are non-toxic (except from an
oxygen exclusion hazard in confined spaces) and have zero ODP, but are
incredibly good global warmers!
Section 9.3.4, line 4 - Need the word "a" before facility
Section 9.3.4, line 8 - Need to change the word "at" to "as"
Section 9.4.3 line 4 - Need to change the word "on" to "or"?
Section 9.4.3 line 5 - Need to change the word "of" to "or"?
Section 9.4.4 line 4 - Add the word "are" before intended
Section 9.5, last line on page 5 - Add the word "the" before user
Section 9.6 line 1 - Add space between "example" and "IPC".
Section 9.7 - is quite confusing. You may want to consider moving the last
sentence that starts "In essence" to near the beginning. Also, the current
second sentence could use two commas - one after the word "fundamental" and
another after the word "strippers".
Section 9.8 - Need to probably point out the obvious - these apply on to the
US and its territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.)

regards,
Bev Christian
