Dan,

When your recycler says 1%, how is it measured? E.g. is it 1% of total
weight? total metal content?

Our PCB recycler says they get about 1% lead recovered from typical boards.
A backward calculation from a TCLP analysis of a populated board showed
around 1.3%
I would be interested in other data.

Subject: [LF] Tin/Lead Solder Data

Has anyone collected any data on how much tin/lead solder (by weight) is
used
on a typical assembly?
