     Steven,
Lots of factors will impact the answer to this question:
     - Apsect Ratio
     - Copper thickness to drill thru (total)
     - smallest hole size
     - manufacturing tolerance in the design
what's the reason for the question in the first place? If you're
looking to puts limits on the fabber, make sure you discuss with them
which of the above and more will impact your costs and quality.
     regards,
     Tom

Board fabricators,

We are revising our procurement specifications and I have a question for the
board fabricators out there - do you stack boards when drilling holes? Why
or why not?

Thanks.

-Steve
