I have copies of IPC-610A in both English and Vietnamese and IPC-610B in
English only.  Since I inherited the Vietnamese version on IPC-610A,
where do I go to get the Vietnamese version of IPC-610B.  There is no
revision table in the specification to tell me what major or minor
changes occurred between the revisions.
